Hi I’m Megan, creator of the Kindosaur. Earlier this year I began suiting up as a dinosaur, doing good deeds, and making happy videos to inspire hope, joy, and kindness in our community.
Unfortunately, the Kindosaur is about to go extinct.
This has been a completely self-funded project, but after months of unemployment and other pandemic-related struggles, I no longer have the solo resources to continue Kindosaur efforts on my own. But you can help!
By funding this campaign, you’ll bring the Kindosaur back from the brink. That means you’ll get to continue to watch uplifting kindness videos that will make you smile every day while also helping bring kindness to others.
Why the Kindosaur?
This year, I began watching funny T-Rex video online because I needed a healthy distraction to lift my mood. It might sound silly, but it really helped. I always thought it would be even more impactful to see the dinosaur helping others, so I began to pay it forward as the Kindosaur. I hope the content I create helps you feel good too. In the midst of a global pandemic, the news has been very grim, on top of the adversity each of us is battling in our personal lives. Helping each other through this unprecedented time of loss is more important than ever.

Your donation will help me buy all supplies for acts of kindness that benefit others, especially through the holiday season. I also spend hours upon hours of my own time planning, driving, performing, filming for acts of kindness, then editing and distributing Kindosaur videos for your enjoyment :). It's been nearly impossible to do it all on my own (somehow I've done it thus far), but I'd like to recruit and pay some helping hands to further this message of kindness.
The Kindosaur forms part of my larger acts of kindness movement, The Kind Effect through which I create even more feel-good videos about random acts of kindness (read more at The Kind Effect website ).
